Inductive Corrosion Probe Monitoring
The inductive corrosion data transmitter features an integrated, sealed, explosion-proof housing. The probe sensor connection uses high-temperature glass sintered sealing with gold-plated pins, combined with dual fluororubber O-rings for enhanced sealing performance.
The transmitter consists of measurement, logic, and power modules. All modules are precisely calibrated before leaving the factory, eliminating the need for on-site verification. Standard configuration can be performed directly according to the instrument’s provided ID, ensuring quick and convenient operation.

  • Applicable media: Oil, gas, water, concrete, and other multi-phase media
  • Applications: Installed in process pipelines, pressure vessels, and soil environments at refineries, chemical plants, power plants, water treatment plants, and pharmaceutical plants for corrosion monitoring
  • Installation method: Drilling and fixed mounting
  • Operating temperature: -200 °C to 260 °C / 260 °C to 450 °C (optional)
  • Probe lifespan: 1–3 years at a corrosion rate of 0.25 mm/a (customizable)
  • Probe material: Customizable using pipeline-grade materials
