Using dry nitrogen as the medium, pressure is gradually increased to the test level. After stabilizing, all sealing points (flanges, valves, threads, welds, etc.) are inspected for leaks through pressure drop monitoring and foam/leak detection liquid checks. Systems are deemed qualified if no leaks are found or if the pressure drop meets requirements, ensuring system safety.
