Supervision of Drilling Tools and Drilling Equipment
According to the client’s commissioning agreement and based on the supervision contract, procurement contract, technical agreement, applicable laws, standards, manufacturer’s enterprise standards, and technical drawings, Tongao carries out in-factory supervision to ensure that the quality management system in the manufacturing process is effective, sufficient, and scientifically sound, guaranteeing compliance with relevant standards and agreements. Laboratory, flaw detection, testing personnel, equipment, and facilities can be provided when necessary.
